6. Turn on the air compressor (compressor flow rate 1m3/min), and adjust the air compressor pressure control switch to make the compressor output pressure at 6.1-8.2 Bar. Plasma cutting requires compressed air. Fine plasma uses oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, and other gases to blow away the molten metal to achieve the purpose of cutting. 6. When cutting, try to set according to the cutting table parameters, such as arc voltage value, cutting height, perforation height, etc.

7. Try not to suspend arcing and perforation for a long time to improve the service life of wearing parts.

8. Due to the high temperature of the plasma flame at the cutting nozzle, it is necessary to replace the cutting nozzle and electrode frequently to ensure smooth cutting and maintain high precision.

9. When plasma cutting is not used temporarily, please ensure that the host has sufficient heat dissipation before shutting down, subject to the reduction of the fan noise in the host.

10. When you feel that the cutting energy of the plasma cutting machine is insufficient (such as impenetrable steel plate, arc deviation, or tailing), please stop the machine immediately for inspection, and it is forbidden to continue cutting.

11. Before each cutting, during idle high-speed and low-speed operation, when shutting down for maintenance, and before shutting down, ensure that the cutting torch is maintained at the highest point of the lifting position.

As a cost-effective sheet metal cutting tool, the plasma cutting machine has the characteristics of high efficiency, reasonable price, and so on.
