The advanced CNC bending machine mainly adopts electric hydraulic servo system and grating ruler to form full closed-loop control, with high synchronous control precision, bending precision and repositioning precision. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In use, the CNC bending machine can be operated flexibly, which can realize the super long plate processing by double machine linkage, and can process parts by single machine operation. This not only improves the use efficiency of the bending machine, but also reduces the energy consumption. The bending machine comprises a bracket, a worktable and a clamping plate. The worktable is composed of a base and a pressing plate and is arranged on the bracket; The base is composed of a base shell, a coil and a cover plate, which is connected with the clamping plate through a hinge. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The coil is placed in the depression of the base shell, and the top of the depression is covered with a cover plate. When in use, the coil is electrified by the wire, and after being electrified, the pressing plate is attracted, so as to realize the clamping of the thin plate between the pressing plate and the base.
