Shipping &amp; Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7015de07\">Shipping terms follow agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.) stated in the PI\/contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-7abca2cf\">Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Production scheduling<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Logistics delays<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customs procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Force majeure events<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e3eba697\">Risk transfer follows the agreed Incoterm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3f6c2034\">Please refer to our separate Shipping Policy for detailed information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-1eef84e2\">7. Inspection &amp; Acceptance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d7bfb9c4\">Buyer must inspect goods upon delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-cc682007\">Any claims regarding:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visible damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Short shipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incorrect model<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-416553e2\">must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e6b01a4c\">Failure to notify within this period may constitute acceptance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-254041df\">8. Warranty<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6c04a0c8\">Machinery and parts are covered under our separate Warranty Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-78112a66\">Warranty does not cover:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Normal wear and tear<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improper installation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unauthorized modification<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage caused by misuse<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1b762831\">Warranty service may include remote support, spare parts supply, or other reasonable remedies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-af3877ba\">9.
