Business Nature &amp; Product Type<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f03ab976\">HARSLE Duct Division primarily supplies:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Industrial duct fabrication machinery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>HVAC sheet metal equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spare parts and accessories<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom-configured equipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-96dd5120\">Most machinery is <strong>made-to-order, industrial-grade equipment for B2B customers<\/strong>. Because of the customized and industrial nature of our products, return eligibility differs from standard consumer goods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-c9ff69bb\">2. Order Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-2c109d07\">Before Production Starts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-79af3bfc\">Orders may be canceled without penalty if production has not yet begun and no materials have been procured.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-f001e4f3\">After Production Starts<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-2ec177f3\">If production has started:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deposit payments are generally <strong>non-refundable<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation may be subject to material, labor, and engineering costs already incurred<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-365bd725\">Customized equipment cannot be canceled once manufacturing is substantially completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-507aa509\">All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to <a>info@harsle.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-3c993f22\">3. Returns Eligibility<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-750717da\">A. Machinery &amp; Custom Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-13968661\">Due to the size, configuration, and international shipping of industrial machinery:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns are <strong>not accepted<\/strong> for non-defective, correctly supplied equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returns may be considered only if:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product was shipped incorrectly (wrong model\/specification)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is confirmed manufacturing defect<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is severe shipping damage verified by documentation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-97e96e7f\">Return requests must be submitted within <strong>7 calendar days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-b8e10539\">B. Spare Parts &amp; Accessories<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ae27d225\">Spare parts may be eligible for return if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The item is unused<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Returned within <strong>14 calendar days<\/strong> of delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Not customized or specially ordered<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-b30d95ea\">Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-cb91ecb0\">4. Non-Returnable Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-efda3824\">The following items are not eligible for return:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customized machinery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Custom electrical configurations (voltage, control system modifications)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Software-configured systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Installed or used machinery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clearance or specially discounted items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods damaged due to improper use, installation, or maintenance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-bfdba5ee\">5. Shipping Damage Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-700be219\">If your shipment arrives damaged:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inspect goods immediately upon delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take photos\/videos of outer packaging and internal damage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Note visible damage on the delivery receipt (if possible)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact us within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6f72d414\">Failure to report within this period may affect claim eligibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-cffbd3f5\">For sea freight shipments under FOB\/CIF terms, damage claims may require coordination with the shipping carrier or insurance provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-b916b029\">6. Defective Products &amp; Warranty Claims<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1eb1edca\">If a product is defective due to manufacturing issues:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please provide photos\/videos and detailed description<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our technical team will evaluate remotely<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Spare parts may be supplied under warranty<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On-site service (if required) will follow the terms of the purchase contract<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-fc051d4f\">Refunds are generally not issued when repair, replacement, or technical support can reasonably resolve the issue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-0b768de1\">Warranty terms are governed by our separate Warranty Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-4774309f\">7. Refund Process<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e73c24fc\">If a refund is approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds will be issued to the original payment method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bank transfer refunds may require processing time depending on financial institutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any intermediary bank charges may be deducted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-068545ce\">Processing time may take <strong>5\u201315 business days<\/strong> after approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-2f5bf079\">8. Return Shipping &amp; Logistics<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4d5e1890\">If return is approved:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Buyer must securely repack equipment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buyer is responsible for return freight unless otherwise agreed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Goods must be returned to the designated warehouse or factory address provided in writing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Risk during return transit remains with the sender<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8aa08985\">Returned goods must be inspected before refund approval.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-10fb3a7d\">9. Restocking Fee<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d0ac8f58\">For eligible spare part returns (non-defective), we may apply a reasonable restocking fee to cover inspection and administrative costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-770e2d7d\">10. Chargebacks &amp; Payment Disputes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-96378c10\">Customers are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-35e1ab35\">Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delay resolution<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Result in additional administrative costs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affect future business eligibility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-5b8ae00b\">12.
