It explains how we process, ship, and deliver ductwork machinery and related parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-5d46ab45\">1. Shipping Coverage &amp; Destinations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-fea06b92\">We ship internationally, subject to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Destination country import regulations and restrictions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Carrier availability and route constraints<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Compliance requirements for industrial machinery shipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4529bad5\">Some remote areas may require additional transit time or surcharges. Delivery Time &amp; Lead Time<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-013ee19d\">Delivery time depends on the product type, shipping method, and destination:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-8ca41bb1\">Machinery &amp; Large Equipment<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usually shipped by <strong>sea freight<\/strong> (FCL\/LCL) or <strong>rail<\/strong> (where available).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typical transit times are <strong>estimate-only<\/strong> and may vary due to customs, port congestion, weather, and peak seasons.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-43d9da08\">Spare Parts &amp; Consumables<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Usually shipped by <strong>express courier<\/strong> (e.g., DHL\/UPS\/FedEx) or <strong>air freight<\/strong> when requested.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Typical transit times are <strong>estimate-only<\/strong> and may vary due to customs clearance and local delivery conditions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-da63f54b\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> All delivery dates shown on the Site, PI, or emails are <strong>estimated<\/strong>, not guaranteed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-8950f756\">4. Shipping Methods &amp; Incoterms<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-de7c83a7\">For duct division products, shipping terms are typically agreed under international trade terms (<strong>Incoterms\u00ae<\/strong>). Common options include:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>EXW (Ex Works):<\/strong> Buyer arranges pickup and all transportation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>FOB (Free On Board):<\/strong> We deliver goods to the named port of shipment; buyer arranges main transport and insurance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>CIF (Cost, Insurance &amp; Freight):<\/strong> We arrange sea freight and insurance to the destination port; buyer handles import clearance and inland delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>DAP\/DDP (Delivered at Place \/ Delivered Duty Paid):<\/strong> Available in selected regions upon request; details must be confirmed in writing.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-8ddba26b\">The applicable Incoterm and delivery responsibility will be stated clearly on your <strong>PI\/contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-06334d5f\">5. Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a014670e\">Shipping cost depends on:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>product dimensions\/weight and packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>destination and shipping method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incoterm selected (EXW\/FOB\/CIF\/DAP\/DDP, etc.)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>optional services (wooden case, fumigation, insurance, special handling)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-c96ac186\">If shipping fees are not shown at checkout for machinery orders, we will provide a written freight quotation and confirm it with you before shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-b91f030f\">6. Packaging &amp; Shipment Safety<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6aafdfa6\">To reduce damage risk during transport, we may use one or more of the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>export-grade packing (wooden case \/ pallet \/ steel base where applicable)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>moisture-proof protection and surface protection film<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>securing and reinforcement inside containers for sea freight<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>separate protective packing for sensitive components (controllers, screens, electrical parts)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6ea3f4a6\">Packaging type will be confirmed in the PI\/contract when needed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-f6cb8970\">7. Tracking &amp; Shipment Documents<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-5da968d1\">Tracking<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For express parcels: tracking number will be provided once shipped.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For sea\/rail freight: we can provide shipping documents and container details after booking and loading.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-8ee07f9f\">Documents (as applicable)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-dce59b08\">We may provide:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Commercial Invoice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Packing List<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bill of Lading (B\/L) or Air Waybill (AWB)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Certificate of Origin (if requested)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other documents required by destination customs (as agreed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-21bd5274\">8. Customs, Duties, Taxes &amp; Import Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-fc9352b5\">International shipments may be subject to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>import duties, VAT\/GST, customs fees, brokerage charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>local compliance requirements (including electrical standards, safety regulations, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6201701b\">Unless explicitly stated as <strong>DDP<\/strong>, the buyer is responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>import clearance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>duties\/taxes and any local charges<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>providing required import documentation (e.g., importer of record details)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-968073cb\">If a shipment is delayed or returned due to incomplete\/incorrect import information provided by the buyer, additional costs may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-06c2406e\">9. Delivery, Inspection &amp; Risk of Loss<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1919ec82\">Risk transfer follows the agreed <strong>Incoterm<\/strong> in the PI\/contract.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-fd3e4c62\"><strong>Upon delivery<\/strong>, please:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>check the outer package for visible damage,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>take photos\/video if damage is found, and<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>note damage on the delivery receipt (when possible).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-9024f462\">If there is shipping damage or missing items, please contact us within <strong>7 calendar days<\/strong> of delivery with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>order number \/ PI number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>photos\/videos and a description of the issue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>packaging photos (outer and inner)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>carrier paperwork (if available)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-a51c65ef\">10. Failed Delivery \/ Incorrect Address<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a2c0c394\">If delivery fails due to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>incorrect address\/phone number,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recipient unavailability, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refusal to accept delivery,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-00d9e53b\">the buyer may be responsible for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>re-delivery charges, storage fees, or return freight.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-20ceca9e\">11. Split Shipments<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-75f535ff\">We may ship an order in multiple shipments when:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>items have different lead times,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>spare parts are shipped earlier by courier, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>logistics requires separate packaging.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-d25cde60\">If split shipment affects costs, we will confirm it with you in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-024cedbc\">12.
