Ventilation ducts are an important part of the ventilation and air conditioning system, and most of them are made of air duct production lines. However, due to various reasons, problems may occur in the ducts processed by the duct production line.
1. The processing material is not up to standard
(1) Performance: The surface of the plate is uneven, the thickness is uneven, there are obvious indentations, cracks, blisters, scars and rust, etc.; the plane of the air duct sinks, the sides bulge outward, and there is obvious deformation.
(2) Impact: The air duct leaks during operation, and the air conditioning load increases, while the wind life and performance are affected.
(3) Reason: The material is unqualified and cannot meet the demand for making air ducts.
(4) Measures: Before using the duct processing equipment to make ducts, first check the material delivery certificate, material quality certificate, and appearance thickness to ensure that the material is available.
2. The angle of the wind pipe and the angle of the elbow are not accurate
(1) Performance: The two opposite planes and two ends of the rectangular duct are not parallel; the corners are not straight; the diagonals are not equal; the bite is not strict.
(2) Impact: The air pipe connection will be unevenly stressed, the air pipe after installation is not straight, the flange gasket is not tight, the system leaks, causing the air conditioning load loss and shortening the service life.
(3) Reason: The blanking of the board is not accurate; the air pipes are parallel to each other, and the length and width of the board on the opposite side are not equal.
(4) Measures: When unfolding the blanking, the blanks should be squared strictly, and the length, width and inspection diagonal of each blank should be controlled within the allowable range; the blanks after blanking should be controlled Superimpose the two sheets on the opposite side of the air duct to check the dimensional accuracy.
