Business Nature<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-683e593e\">HARSLE Duct Division primarily supplies industrial duct fabrication machinery and related equipment to business customers worldwide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-61f7b598\">Most machinery is produced after order confirmation and deposit payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-10d2585e\">2. Payment Terms for Machinery Orders<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-a8d6e58f\">Standard Payment Structure<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-f8b88647\">Unless otherwise stated in the Proforma Invoice (PI):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>30% deposit before production<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>70% balance before shipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-a5f196d7\">Alternative structures may be agreed depending on order size, credit history, or project nature.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-354ecb64\">Production begins only after receipt of agreed deposit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6eefaea4\">Shipment is arranged after full balance payment is received (unless otherwise agreed).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-660f2997\">4. Payment Terms for Spare Parts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-e15fcef3\">Spare parts and consumables generally require:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>100% payment before shipment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-04d5c1b8\">For long-term partners, alternative terms may be agreed in writing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-3024f172\">5. Currency<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ce55d1e9\">Payments are typically accepted in:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>USD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EUR<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Other currencies as agreed in the PI<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-59793fa1\">Currency must match the invoice currency unless agreed otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-2eb1c607\">Exchange rate fluctuations are borne by the payer unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-47ef63c4\">6. Bank Charges &amp; Transfer Fees<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3c85b026\">All intermediary bank charges, transaction fees, and remittance costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-6ee8b15e\">The full invoiced amount must be received in our designated account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-48c57e7e\">If underpayment occurs due to bank deductions, shipment may be delayed until the balance is settled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-6130793f\">7. Taxes, Duties &amp; Regulatory Charges<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-3e4d5b51\">International orders may involve:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Import duties<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>VAT\/GST<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customs clearance fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local compliance costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-1d7d21f6\">Unless agreed under DDP terms, such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-e9b54ea7\">10. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-4aa2f40a\">Refunds, if approved under our Refund and Returns Policy:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Will be issued to the original payment method<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May take 5\u201315 business days depending on bank processing time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>May be subject to intermediary bank deductions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-35e25bce\">Shipping and banking charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-3e908f64\">11. Compliance &amp; Export Regulations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-ab18bd6a\">Payment and transaction completion may be subject to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>International trade laws<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Export control regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Anti-money laundering compliance<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-wd-paragraph wd-000e53a8\">We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions that violate applicable laws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-wd-title title wd-dbfa2b55\">13.
